Healthy Raspberry-Kiwifruit Tart

Got this from Fitness magazine (July 2003). The difference between this tart and others similar that I've had is the crust. Delicious!!! I used splenda and fat-free cream cheese for even less guilt (alright, I did it so I could eat more...)but it's hardly a splurge if you go full-on. Of course, I'd never substitute good, old-fashioned butter. This tart is really pretty, and can be used with most any in-season fruit. Enjoy! -- posted by AmbyDawn

Cheesecake Phyllo Cups

These cups are one of the easiest, tastiest, deserts I have made that gives a great impression to serve. These are low in fat, or they don't have to be, by using regular cream cheese and sour cream. Also you can use any fruit that you like on top. I really like using strawberries and kiwi when they are in season. This is from Light and Tasty magazine. They look as good as they taste. -- posted by Baby Chevelle

Pineapple Glazed Apple Pie

I have had this recipe for years.I have changed the type of apples and made one crust and topped with cool whip instead of whipped cream. Arrange the apples in a circle, it shows through the glaze and place the cool whip in the center. -- posted by Montana Heart Song

Fruit Pizza

A good friend of mine used to make this for our youth group a lot. It was a big favorite. Years later I still crave it although I lighten it up a bit with fat-free ingredients and splenda rather than sugar. Obviously, you don't have to use the fat-free ingredients if you don't want. Cook time does not include time to cool crust. -- posted by Empire920

Strawberry Kiwi Tart/Tartlets

This is a really nice dessert that is easy to make. I have made it like a pie but my favorite wasy is to make it in tart shells so each person can have there own. I have made this for several parties and it is always a hit. The basis of the recipe came from a Pillsbury pamplet. -- posted by Tmisen
