Wonder Fudge

Dissolves in your mouth & if you like chocolate stay away! I was asked if it goes soggy after a few days & I can honestly say it has never happened to me but my guess would be that the rice krispies would absorb the liquid from the chocolate then get soggy -- posted by mmlwjr

Philly Fudge

Fudge is not a twentieth-century invention, but fast fudge is. This recipe, an adaptation of the famous uncooked fudge developed by Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, became popular shortly after World War II, is as foolproof as it is fast. And it never turns gritty. From American Century Cookbook. -- posted by Bev

Baker's Fabulously Flawless Fudge

This is from a REALLY old edition of Reader's Digest. I request this for my birthday instead of a cake. I think it is divine. Very rich though, beware! I usually omit the nuts and it still turns out just fine. (Cook time is chill time) -- posted by Saturn

Fudge in a Ziploc Bag

My mother in law gave me this recipe. She used it at a youth camp. The children loved being able to make it themselves and they also loved to eat it afterwards. This is an easy recipe that can be made anywhere from in the car on a road trip to camping or even at home in front of a good movie.
Note: this recipe may be divided into smaller portions and made in sandwich bags so that every kid has their own bag. -- posted by B.A.B

Rocky Road Cream Cheese Fudge

The recipe makes about 2 1/2 pounds of tangy fudge. It will keep for a week in a cool place, in airtight container lined with waxed paper. Be sure to toast the walnuts, they are so much more flavorful. I have carried this recipe ripped from a magazine for 10 years.
