			<title>Real Vegan Yoghurt Cheese</title>

			<description>Unlike most types of vegan cheese this is real cheese. At least it's made just like the same kind of dairy cheese would be made. It is quite low in fat and has a texture like low-fat cream cheese. The taste is also similar though not very tangy so you might like to add some lemon juice to the cheese. Make sure you use real soya yoghurt made from live cultures as it might not otherwise work. If you would like a savoury cheese, it's usually all right to use sweetened yoghurt and add salt afterwards, but don't use a flavoured variety (like vanilla). Of course you can also make sweet versions of the cheese to use in frostings and desserts or just as a sweet spread. 			<title>Lloyd's Squirrel or Chicken Pot Pie</title>

			<description>DH started from fluffernutter's Recipe #137552 #137552 (which came from the South Carolina Outdoor Press Association), but made so many changes that I am posting DH's version.  I'm not a fan of pot pie, nor squirrel, so I told him he had to take total responsibility for any squirrel dish he fancied.  To my surprise, his creation was delicious and had no strange taste at all; the meat tasted similar to dark meat chicken.  He had 4 squirrels, which yielded a little over 1 pound of meat.  He ended up with 2 pot pies because he wanted a lot of potato, and used full 15 ounce cans of lima beans and green peas.  Our pot pies were packed with vegetables with squirrel accents. 			<description>I found this recipe on a cooking blog that I frequently read, and it's so good. This dish is so easy because everything is prepared in one skillet, on the stovetop. The fish comes out with tons of flavor, and all the flavors complement each other very well. Any mild, white fish can be subtituted for the tilapia, too. Sometimes, I drain the tomatoes and add 1/4 c. white wine to the sauce. You can find it in the natural section most likely and it works like cornstarch as a thickener but healthier for you than cornstarch. I am going to try making a pie with this mixture and give it a pecan pie shell with crushed pecans that have been browned in butter and cinnamon. 			<description>This makes a great dessert topping to drizzle over berries or pies...really yummy on pumpkin pie. I also have a whipped version that makes it nice and thick like whipped cream!!! I like to let it chill for a couple of hours or even better over night. Depends on how much of a hurry you are to eat it :) Remember this is a simple way to make a dessert from berries. Just drizzle or coat berries and serve. Delicious!!! And very good for you too. The coconut is anti-microbial, antifungal...etc.. I have always read and heard that it is not best practice to cook chicken in the juice that it marinates in, but I did for this recipe, and I'm still alive. It is not ABSOLUTELY necessary to freeze the chicken after combining all the ingredients in the bag - in fact, for my experience, I just took out frozen chicken breasts and defrosted the chicken in the sauce (in the fridge) and made it the very next night. The freezing part is just an option for busy people to have a convenient ready-made meal waiting in the freezer. 			<description>My late dad was a fabulous cook.  My mouth waters when I think about his concoctions.  He owned a pancake parlour and this is his pancake recipe that he used and that I memorized as a young girl.  Fortunately it is dairy free so it works well for my dairy allergic son.  My dad insisted that this recipe worked better if the batter aired for at least an hour prior to cooking.  The batter can last in the fridge for up to 24 hours. 			<description>After making perfect roasts, fish, rice, and pasta using the cook-off-of-heat method, I tried it on sunny side up eggs with perfect results every time.  A lid is necessary for this recipe's method, and a clear lid is helpful.  This is now my go-to snack when I want fast comfort food.  After seeing fellow college dormmates make rubber sunny-side-up eggs, I figured posting my method on Zaar might be a good idea to spread the joy of lovely sunny side up eggs in all its runny-yolk glory.  Always add salt only right before cooking or after cooking eggs, because salt will start the coagulation process prematurely.  In the case of sunny side up eggs, the salt particles will cause the area it's touching to cook faster during the time in the pan, so it's best to leave the salt off until the egg is ready to be served. Now that I've relocated to the far North, certain fresh ingredients are harder to come by, so I haven't been able to make this sandwich in ages.  I'm not sure where the &amp;quot;m&amp;quot; stems from in &amp;quot;veggiemich,&amp;quot; that's just what we ended up calling it. :) The reason for mixing the mustard and dressing prior to spreading on the bread is to avoid uneven spreading while keeping the calorie count down.  Everything can of course be omitted or replaced to your taste; you can even make it Atkins-friendly by making a lettuce pocket and omitting the bread, hehe!  We loved using a lot of pepper for a nice kick. 			<description>Shabu shabu is an Asian version of fondue.  Instead of cooking the food in boiling oil, it's cooked in boiling broth.  At the end of the shabu shabu meal, noodles are added to the broth and what results is a wonderful soup that has been flavored by all of the foods that went before.  Ideally, you should have a Mongolian hotpot or a Chinese firepot for this dish, but you can use a regular fondue pot or chafing dish using canned heat.  It's wise to heat the broth on the kitchen stove, then transfer it to the tabletop cooker. 			<title>Italian Hamburger Veggie Soup Like Olive Garden Soup</title>

			<description>This recipe was one I came up through trial and error after eating at olive garden last year on my birthday.  We don't eat out much and we love homemade soups. I also don't personally care much for canned soup.  I had been looking for a new soup to try and after I liked the soup at olive garden so much I decided to give this a try.  I personally used a 50/50 mix of ground beef and venison burger for this but use what ever you like.  I also like to make my own stocks but I found the Progresso Beef broth works very well for this when I am time crunched.  I have done this on the stove top but it works great in the crock pot too.  I grow and preserve my own veggies and freeze some soup ready mixed veggies but you can just as easily buy mixed veggies if you wish.  Canned works ok for stove top but turns to mush in the crock pot, use frozen for that.  Don't feel intimidated by the long list of ingredients, this throws together in about 15-20min and in the crock pot its almost no effort at all.  We serve it with a fresh salad and breadsticks so its just like the resteraunt soup, salad, and breadsticks special.
