The following recipe is what I came up with, and if I say so myself, it came out hearty and delicious!  You may of course use different kinds of beans or spices as well as frozen carrots and/or canned tomatoes, but I prefer to use fresh ingredients when I have them on hand. It improves on standing so if I'm wanting to take it to a BBQ or pot luck dinner, I'll make it the day before then chill it over night. 			<title>Simple Flourless Chocolate and Chestnut Truffle Cake With Fresh </title>

			<description>This is absolutely DIVINE!  The texture is smooth and somewhere between a chocolate cake a chocolate truffle.  If you love chocolate, you'll love this as its just out of this world.  A good substitute for those who don't like Christmas pudding, though I bet everyone will go off Christmas pudding once they taste this!  Double or Triple the quantities for a larger party, a small slice is usually enough as its very rich.  The brandy is optional and comes through more as a subtle flavour than anything else but feel free to add more to the cream if you prefer a stronger flavour (I do).  If I make this during the summer I would leave out the brandy. 			<description>These relatively healthy absolutely delicious chocolate chip cookies are a gluten-free adaptation of my favorite chocolate chip cookie. The raisins keep the cookies moist but they are hardly noticeable. It is easiest if you use a pre-made brown rice flour mix (Food Philosopher&amp;reg;) but here is the breakdown of those ingredients*:
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1/3 cup potato starch
8 teaspoons tapioca flour
1/2 teaspoon tapioca flour.

			<description>My friends and family are always getting on me to publish my recipes; I don't really use them, nor do I regularly remember even what I put into my dishes. I took this dish to a vegan potluck last night, and it disappeared in seconds. This morning I was awoken at gun point (exaggerated for dramatic effect) to post this recipe.... So, I thought it wise of me to comply. This recipe takes me about an hour of prep time, and about an hour to cook. There are shortcuts one may take to cut down on the prep time, but the first time, I suggest leaving ample time to prepare. I have used a variety of nuts for this recipe, all working out well (this last time I ran out of sesame seeds, so I used 2 tbsp of my tamari roasted pumpkin seeds, and 1 tbsp of raw pecans). I also like to make my dishes gluten free for potlucks, so I used &amp;frac12; cup of blue corn meal, and &amp;frac12; garbanzo flour in place of the whole wheat pastry flour, the taste was amazing, but a little more crumbly then whole wheat pastry flower. I combined two different recipes that I found online, one for pineapple pancakes and one for oatmeal pancakes.  Neither one is like this new version though.  SO AWESOME!  
One last thing, I used coconut milk instead of cow milk, since my husband is also on this non-dairy kick.

Besides potatoes &amp;amp; peas, okra/ladyfinger is another all time favorite vegetable among the Pakistani population. It is usually served with roti/chapatti &amp;amp; yogurt or sometimes with Masoor Dal (lentil) here is the recipe of a basic okra curry that was passed down from my grandmother to my mom &amp;amp; down to me. Its the tomatoes that give it a different taste compared to the other recipes posted so far. 

Note if you want to make &amp;quot;Bhindi Gosht&amp;quot; (Okra curry with mutton) after frying the onions add mutton, let it cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes, then follow the rest of the recipe.
