Angel Hair Pasta With Lemon and Chicken

Serve with a generous topping of Parmesan cheese and a tossed green salad. -- posted by Chef mariajane

Herbed Chicken Scampi

This dish resulted from a variation of a plainer garlic chicken scampi. It's quite good and a good way to introduce yourself or someone else to dandelions as they're quite mild in this dish. I use whatever pasta I have on hand--use your favorite. Gather the dandelion leaves before the herb blooms or the resulting taste will be bitter. The servings are normal size but feel free to add ingredients to suit you. This is a fairly flexible dish; you can add more pasta to save on costs or leave out the chicken and use shrimp or all veggies (zucchini, broccoli, or tomatoes are all wonderful). -- posted by Saeriu

Chicken and Spaghetti, Ole!

Absolutely yummy! This is a make-ahead dish that is perfect for family or drop-in friends. It requires cooked chicken and for this you may use leftover chicken or deli chicken. The dish is rather mild; to add more heat, substitute "Mild Mexican Velveeta Cheese" for all or part of the original. The dish may be prepared ahead and/or frozen, see Note, below. Recipe from BH&G. -- posted by Lorraine of AZ

Korean Chicken Soup

Food & Wine Magazine, December 2008 edition - Perfecting Chicken Soup, recipe by Grace Parisi. It is a deeply flavorful broth and we enjoyed it ever so much :) and have even put it on the menu at our Cafe Ponce. We serve this with a salad, homemade bread or some sort of biscuits (I know) but the residents' like biscuits and we use different recipes to see which they prefer. We also had to make a few changes with the soup but that is when we are making it for the whole home, as we have chicken soup twice a day! When we make it for the Cafe - it is the real thing. It also works on colds like Jewish Penicillin ;) -- posted by Manami

Buffalo Chicken Mac-N-Cheese

Buffalo chicken meets mac-n-cheese. How can you possibly go wrong? I threw this together for the end-of-the-year potluck lunch at the high school where I teach, and it went over really well.

Addendum: Like the first two reviewers, I also used Ken's. Worked great! However, I have to disagree with one reviewer about the celery. I've made this with and without the celery, and its inclusion really makes a world of difference in terms of texture. -- posted by Cluich

Avocado Sun-Dried Tomato and Mozzarella Suffed Chicken on Taglia

This is quite a simple stuffed chicken recipe to put together and tastes good too. I served ours over tagliatelle and asparagus with a sauce and I have listed ingredients for this below, but feel free to serve it however or with whatever you would like. I mainly made the sauce to toss through the pasta although I did serve the remainder in a gravy boat to drizzle over the chicken. -- posted by The Flying Chef

Chicken Salad Deluxe

Buttermilk dressing, macaroni, grapes, almonds and water chestnuts give chicken salad a new twist. Given to me by a dear friend, this is delish! This serves 20! Due to the chill times, prep and cook times do not include overnight chill. If you are unable to find Beau Monde(by Spice Islands) at your grocery store, it is available online.
Jalapeno and Pesto Chicken Pasta Salad

This is a delicious, cold chicken and pasta salad. Very healthy as well. It takes less than 10 minutes to put together and is bursting with flavor from only a few ingredients. I prefer using two jalapenos (SEEDED) but if you want only a very little spice to it, just use one. I wouldn't skimp on any of the ingredients, they all make this salad what it is.

Frozen Baby Meal 3 of 6 (Chicken Soup)

This is one of six frozen baby meals I used to make for my son. A friend gave me the combination and with minimal preparation you save yourself time and money. All six are really pretty good and I've made them for myself in a pinch. I would either try to use leftover meat from other dishes I'd prepared or intentionally make extra to use for these meals. My son used to have a three-compartment baby tray with lid and I'd put one or two frozen cubes in the first slot, a little baby vegetable in the second slot and a little baby fruit in the last slot and he was set for lunch. I'd have his tray ready the night before or in the morning and by lunch the frozen cube(s) had almost thawed and just needed a little warming in the microwave. The serving sizes are difficult to determine since it is dependent on the age of the child. -- posted by Queen Puff

This is comfort food to me! It looks so nice and tastes deeelish! Your family will love this and your guests will love you for it! Note: I don't know why this recipe states "no boil, oven ready" lasagna noodles, I bought the required pasta as stated, but I boiled it as that's the only way it would be done! lol I believe it is an error. The only no-boil lasagna I know of is fairly thin which is what you're looking for. You may use any thin pasta, such as very thin noodles. I made it as is and the next time I made it with a wide noodle and it was perfect. -- posted by FLUFFSTER

Farfalle With Chicken, Mushrooms, Spinach and Ricotta Cheese

This is a nice light pasta - the sauce isn't heavy (or, really, very saucy at all) and the ricotta makes it just a touch creamy. It's also quite healthy. This is one of those recipes that can be made quickly with what you have in the kitchen! Instead of overdoing the pasta - we used whole wheat pasta & bulked it up with veggies and lean chicken breast.
Chicken and Veggetable Pasta
