			<description>We love spicy foods and tender juicy chicken. This recipe is great combination of both. If you have children, simply omit the Jerk Sauce from their portion. Keep in mind that you can make this recipe as spicy or as mild as you wish by simply adjusting the marination time or adding dry Jerk Seasoning to the marinade to kick it up. I love to serve my Garlic Fry recipe with this dish and a nice salad. Note that this recipe works great for boneless, skinless chicken breast and I have also used it on pork cuts. 			<description>While looking thru my holiday recipes, I came across an old favorite. Totally forgot about this one. I'm adding it to my beverage collection so I don't forget it again. This makes a great Adult Punch. I've made an ice ring with the cranberry juice in a jello ring and add it to the punch before serving. Keeps it from getting watered down and looks pretty in a punch bowl. This has Contreau in it, but you can use OJ or even Triple Sec. Whichever you prefer. The DH loves it and it's great to make on cold days and fine for big portions. SPECIAL NOTE: This soup can easily be modified. If you add more veggies and need more water to boil them, use 2 bouillon cubes to every cup of water you add and 2 Tablespoons of Flour to every cup of milk to thicken it up. 			<description>Who says you have to cook all day in a crockpot. I use mine to simmer dishes such as this one so I don't have to watch the stove. 
If you like the flavors of green chili chicken enchiladas you'll love this recipe. I use shredded Rotiserre chicken, Northern Beans and green chiles with a few of my favorite spices to make this hearty chicken chili. What's better than smelling sauteed garlic and onion to start, infusing with red pepper and cumin adding all into a crockpot only to simmer while you do other things. In no time you have a family-pleasing main course. Adjust the heat to your tastes! Add a kick with preprared Salsa for a more intense flavor. If you like soups/chilis or stews thicker, add the cornstarch slurry. Serve with cornbread, tortillas or crusty french bread. ;) V's family favorite! I use lots of jalapenos!!!  Sometimes I add cayenne as well.  If you want a milder version, remove the seeds of the jalapenos before you cut them.  But try to use as much peppers as you can stand as it really gives it more dimension.
