			<description>This delicious recipe has only three ingredients.  It tastes a lot like a chewy Skor bars - absolutely delicious if you like a toffee taste.  For fun we serve it to guests and have them guess the 3 ingredients. 

Note of caution - the toffee really sticks to the pan.  My friend uses a rubber tray that is non-stick.  I buttered a square baking tray but still had to use the old warm water trick. If you don't have green onions (they do add a great flavour), or your kids pick out the green pieces, you can substitute them with 1/2 medium onion, chopped. I'm not a huge fan of ketchup, but you can add it on top if you want to. Make these in a muffin tin if you want to get your kids more interested. Served with mashed potatoes and a veggie, it's a simple, tasty meal. These aren't huge portions so you might want to double the recipe. The leftovers will freeze very well. 			<description>A really simple and tasty dish that is so versatile and open to so many interpretations.  Great for a starter, side or snack dish, or why not stick it into a bun for a veggie burger!  I've used toasted pine nuts, but hazelnuts would be good too. Stilton and Cambezola cheese work really well too and Cheddar is an obvious choice if you don't do blue cheese. I bet fresh mozzarella would be great too.

			<description>It's easy to love apple pie. Turning out the perfect crust? Not so easy. Which is why this apple and dried cranberry tart does away with the hard part without sacrificing the joy of baking. This recipe uses purchased pizza dough to create a thin crust that is topped with tart apple slices.For a nice finish, dust the tart with powdered sugar, or a blend of powdered sugar and cinnamon. If you'd prefer a more traditional crust, a prepared pie crust also could be used. But pizza crust lends a nice chew that works well with the tender apple slices. Be sure to let the dough come to room temperature before rolling it. The dried cranberries can be soaked in water or juice for 15 minutes before using. This isn't necessary, but it makes them plump and juicy. The blue cornmeal makes for a beautiful presentation but it tastes just as delicious with yellow.  Toast pinenuts on a cookie sheet at 350&amp;deg;F for 5 minutes.  Best served warm. When I first started making it DD asked me to add chopped broccoli to it next time. When she's home I do just that. It adds a nice bit of colour and flavour to this dish. 
If you use your food processor to slice the potatoes and chop the onions, preparation is a breeze.

			<title>Three-Ingredient Sticky Baked Chicken</title>

			<description>From the Canadian Family Website:  Sticky, sweet with a little savory soy sauce, this chicken is pure yummy. Destined to become a family favorite because kids love it and parents love the simplicity of this oven-to-table meal.    I had a great result making this with bone in chicken leg thigh quarters.  I had one piece that was skinless, and we discovered that using skinless does allow the flavor of the glaze to permeate the chicken better.  This was a hit with my whole family - including my hard to please 3 year old.  
I used ketchup, reduced sodium soy, and lite maple syrup.  Ingredients I happened to have on hand.  This could NOT be easier.  Adjust cooking times as needed for bone in cuts.  Great with white rice and steamed broccoli.
