Wine-Marinated Country-Style Ribs

These are a delicious way to grill ribs. Be very careful while grilling ribs for at least the first 1/2 hour otherwise they will burn from the drippings falling into grill (unless you put a drip pan underneath). These do require a long marinading time. -- posted by Carmen B.

BBQ'd Beef Ribs

Sometimes I just luck out and come up with a winner in my house the very first time...this was one of those times and my family has decided this should become my new BBQ sauce/marinade of choice! Thank goodness I wrote down the ingredients as I went!!! Prep time includes marinating for up to 24 hours. This freezes well and will do up to three pounds of beef ribs, so feel free to make plenty up for those cookouts this summer. It should also keep for 2 or 3 days refrigerated (remember there are no additives or preservatives). -- posted by Cindy Lynn

Korean Beef BBQ (Kalbi/Galbi)

This is the best marinade for the Korean beef ribs. The meat is cut in a style called flanken, across the ribs to make the marinade go deeply into the grain of the meat. This recipe was tweaked by a Korean market and my observations from my ex Korean mother-in-law.

This recipe works for 10lbs of meat -- posted by ButterflyVioletta
