Another Pillsbury favorite...if you're strapped for time and/or don't want to mess up the kitchen, this is a chocolate treat for you! The classic flavors of a tin roof sundae--marshmallows, chocolate and peanuts--top a tasty brownie pizza that's made easily with refrigerated brownie batter. -- posted by DuChick

Brownie Crunch

I would eat this recipe alone just for the topping. I usually save time by buying a brownie mix and baking it according to package directions. Then I add the good "stuff". There are enough regular brownie recipes on this site that I will not include the one that came with this recipe. I hear that this recipe is good for any time of the day, including breakfast : ) -- posted by nascarmom

Orange-Chocolate Cookie Bars

Orange and chocolate is one of my favorite flavor combinations. Food Network's, Giada De Laurentiis, made something like this during one of her shows, and it gave me the idea to make my own version. I tested it out on my friends, and they loved it. I hope you enjoy it too! -- posted by MarthaStewartWanabe

I'm posting this for my kids. This comes from The Pillsbury Doughboy's Kids Cookbook. This was my very first cookbook. They are recipes that are easy for kids to make and they have step by step instructions. My son and daughter like to help out in the kitchen. These recipes are simple enough to where they can do most of the cooking. They are always so proud of the finished product!
Tuscan Rosemary and Pine Nut Bars

From Melanie Barnard, author of "Short and Sweet"...found this recipe in The Best American Recipes 2000". These make a cookie like shortbread and the contrast of the savory rosemary with the shortbread is incredible. A friend went nuts over these the first time I made them and then spent an entire weekend baking a huge batch for Christmas treats for her friends and family. This is a love/hate thing - if you love rosemary and shortbread, these are a MUST try...but not for you if you are fussy about adding anything to your shortbread...These are probably a bit sophisticated for a kid's palate...but your women friends will LOVE them. -- posted by Epi Curious

My granddaughters love these quick & easy bars. With only 4 ingredients, it doesn't get much easier than this. Make these with the flavour of jam of your choice. These do come out a bit soft, making them difficult to cut, so I leave them sitting for a while before cutting. -- posted by Sassy in da South

Raw Vegan Brownies

You will not believe these are actually good for you. Full of living enzymes and better than cooked brownies, these are a frequent treat for us! The beauty of this recipe is that it's so easy to whip up when you have a craving. I always double or triple it and throw some in the freezer. The coconut oil helps to keep the brownies from crumbling, and is a great way to get some in your diet, it's so good for you if you make sure to get virgin, unrefined, cold-pressed coconut oil. -- posted by RawFoodNut

C T's Microwave Krispy Treats

So much easier than the saucepan method! Adapted from the back of a JetPuffed marshmallow package. I've used strawberry and chocolate, and it would work with plain/white if you add a small dash of vanilla. I like to top the bars with sprinkles, nuts, etc. while they're still hot in the pan (so they stick). GREAT for lunchboxes or after-school snacks! -- posted by CheapThrills

Easy Shortbread

I tried four or five shortbread recipes but every one ended up too crumbly. I wanted to get close to a "Walker's Shortbread" taste. A co-worker shared this one and it's close - good texture and great taste. It's easy to work with in a shortbread mold, a round cake pan or roll for individual cookies. And it's simple to make. A favorite in Christmas cookie exchanges. -- posted by Ailwyn

Fast, easy, fairly-healthy cake recipe. This is great for cutting and wrapping individual servings and storing in the refrigerator for 2 weeks!
Skor Bars My Husband Could Make

This delicious recipe has only three ingredients. It tastes a lot like a chewy Skor bars - absolutely delicious if you like a toffee taste. For fun we serve it to guests and have them guess the 3 ingredients.

Note of caution - the toffee really sticks to the pan. My friend uses a rubber tray that is non-stick. I buttered a square baking tray but still had to use the old warm water trick. (place the pan in warm water to loosen up the toffee on the sides and on the bottom). -- posted by Chef #1007346

Peanut Butter Crispy Brownies

This is an adaptation of a "Brownie Goody Bar" recipe I found on the back of a Better Crocker brownie box a few years ago. We also call them Scotcharoo Brownies, because they have a butterscotch, peanut butter, rice crispy layer on top of a fuggy brownie. This is my family's favorite sweet treat! They are sooo good. I usually wrap them individually in suran wrap and store in the refrigerator so that they do not all get eaten at once. This slows the guys down a little. -- posted by CindyMarie

Every year I make these at Christmas I end up making 2 pans, one for my family and one pan for my cousin Stephanie who is a confetti square addict! These are so easy and so delicious. -- posted by Mortadella1985

Make the face with black colored icing or fondant. Orange , green and black food color will be required, I recommend using the food color paste that is used for cake decorating, buy it at the craft store. -- posted by aimbrulee
