Piri-Piri (Chilli Dip)

Piri-piri is a popular Tanzanian dip used for grilled meat and chicken. Sometimes it is also mixed and eaten with rice. It might seem like lot of ingredients, but the preparation is very simple. One of the good things about this sauce is that the quantity of chili powder can be adjusted to suit your personal taste. (In Tanzania, it is very hot). Got this on the net ! -- posted by Mini R.

This recipe comes from the Moosewood Restaurant. It is a great dip for grilled, roasted, and deep-fried vegetables, as well as strips of roasted chicken. Great for parties and snacking! It stores well, up to 2-3 weeks in the fridge, just reheat and serve! -- posted by Sue L

Creamed SweetBreads

The worst part of this recipe is cleaning the sweetbreads. Sweet breads are a gland located in the neck of cattle not what you may otherwise have heard!!!! They have a wonderful delicate flavor and once tried you'll want them again. They are very difficult to find now but if you ask your butcher they should be able to bring them in for you. I also love them breaded and fried. I put six servings but that is only a taste each -- posted by Bergy

Pizza Rustica

Use whatever cheese you prefer.. If you do not like spicy then use a milder salami. This recipe was posted in our local TV Guide - I changed a couple of ingredients and measurements. The garlic is optional. It is a neat authentic version of an Italian pizza and I think very very good.
An amazing spice and nut mixture that can be sprinkled on salads or pasta dishes, mixed with olive oil and brushed on pita or pizza dough, or coated on chicken or fish and then grilled. You can also take some great bread, dip it in olive oil, then in the Dukkah... heaven. Enjoy! -- posted by Miraklegirl

Ham and Swiss Loaf

I found this recipe in a magazine years ago and lost it! I just found it again on the Fleischmann's website! It's delicious! The bread part could probably be adapted to a bread machine, although I have not tried to yet. Please let me know if you do! -- posted by Normaone

Grilled Vegetable Terrine

I saw this being prepared on 'Canadian Living Cooks' and haven't made it yet. It looked so stunning and delicious on the show that I thought I would share it with everyone. I think its a wonderful lunch or buffet item. Enjoy!
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings

You can adjust the heat in this recipe by the type of pepper you use. I used serrano peppers and thought it was just right, but I like food pretty spicy so if that's not for you, use a milder pepper, such as jalapeno. I found this in the Chicago Tribune 'Good Eating' section. I added the 2 hour chill time to the prep time. -- posted by Hey Jude
