The taste ranks right up there with dairy queen soft serve!! No need to go out and buy extra ingedients, this is made with just what you have in the house! Rich dark chocolate taste that any chocolate lover can appreciate. I can't wait to make this again with a few additions, chocolate chips, cookies, candy bars, the list is endless with this recipe.

			<description>Entered for safe-keeping. From Super Food Ideas, September 2008 (#1 Australian food magazine).  Leftover cake and sauce can be saved for up to 3 days: store cake in airtight container at room temperature.  Refrigerate sauce in an airtight container.  Whiskey is an optional ingredient.  I have tried to give U.S. equivalents of measurements.  Double cream is the name in Britain for a very rich cream  containing 48% butterfat. Whipping cream in this country, by contrast, contains between 30% and 40% butterfat. Single cream in Britain is comparable to American half and half (and may also be called pouring cream), with between 10% and 12% fat. I got this from a cooking magazine a few years ago. My version calls for 2 tbsp butter but you might want to up it to 3 if you find that it's not a good consistency or almond-to-butter ratio. If you don't have almond extract at hand (because you're like me and are too poor and/or lazy to buy a bottle), vanilla extract will work too. Sarah Owen says &amp;quot;The super-nutrient vitamin C is needed for more than 300 diferent processes in the body, but it is easily wiped out by smoking, pollution and stress. Found in abundance in berries, vitamin C and other antioxidants help to quash the damaging free radicals that are associated with many illnesses.&amp;quot;
The original recipe calls for natural bio yoghurt to be used, but any yoghurt will do.
This makes a large amount of smoothie, and if you're making it just for yourself, I'ld recommend halving it.

			<description>Okay so this is just an ordinary cheesecake with a little twist. I remember this recipe because my manager and I was trying to figure out how to make a cheesecake unique and great. Some people uses sour cream and some people don't. Some uses evap. milk and some people dont. We werent exactly sure what would taste better and what would make the cake smooth or etc. So we came up with this! HOPE YOU ENJOY IT!

You will need a Springform pan or if you dont have won, just use a 9inch round pan with foil paper. Make sure to wrap the whole pan with foil!

As for toppings, you may use anything you like.
Whipped cream
Strawberries or blueberries or cherry or any fruits
Strawberry or chocolate syrups. Any syrups to your liking.

This can but put into the freezer for 10-15 mintues before serving to increase its thickness.
