Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings

We make these all the time! Some marinades need just a short time, but this really tastes amazing if you let it take up space in your fridge for at least 12 hours, preferably up to 48 hours. They taste great at room temperature, so you can even cook them in advance. Prep time, as always, includes marinating time. -- posted by Mirj

Grilled Chicken Wings

The marinade is simply wonderful and so easy. If you bite into one of these hot off the grill the rest may not make it into the house! Make extras because the kids will eat them cold the next day. I marinated the wings for 6 hours to overnight. I also use 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger finely grated instead of ground ginger. -- posted by Charlotte J

Drunken Grilled Wings

These wings are so easy to make, and finger licking good. Every time I bring these to the office as a snack they go in minutes. I usually marinate a whole heap of these wings, and divide them up into bags in the freezer. And each time I am pushed for time, I just pull out a bag (a portion enough for my family) and pop them into the grill. The longer the wings stay marinated, the tastier they are. Whatever you do, do NOT leave the honey out. Makes a BIG difference. Pretty healthy dish. -- posted by KitchenManiac

Oriental Style Chicken Wings

Caramelized Baked Chicken Legs/Wings

Delicious! Yummy caramelized legs, kids love these! So quick and easy and no marinating required. Just prepare the sauce, pour over the chook and pop in the oven! I actually like this with wings better ;-)

VERY IMPORTANT TO LEAVE IT IN THE OVEN UNTIL IT HAS CARAMALISED TO AVOID DISAPPOINMENT.

Thank you to everyone for their positive reviews!

Try adding Sambal Oelek as Chef #27416 has suggested in his review. What a great idea ;-) -- posted by djmastermum

A delicious Italian chicken that you can't resist! You can use any kind of chicken. You can have skin or no skin. You can have bone or no bone. I just personally prefer boneless skinless breasts. I used that in my recipe.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

These are tasty! You can use legs for this as well. We like to scrape the chicken from the end of the drumstick or leg to the end so the meat is all together. There are links on the net explaining how to do that. My husband does that part for me! Don't go crazy on the molasses, as it will burn.
Sometime I don't have time to make a marinade so this works just fine. We leave the wing tips on and fold them back under the frst joint. This method creates pocket-like places for more marinade, it keeps them neat and tidy, easy to turn and no more burnt tips.
Zesty Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

This recipe comes from "Pillsbury's Creative Cooking In Minutes" which was published in 1971 and has been in my family since that time.
I have been making these chicken wings for 25+ years and my family prefers these over any others that I have tried. This recipe only feeds 2-3 so be sure to double or triple up as necessary. -- posted by tjneilson

Caramelized Chicken Drumsticks

I developed this recipe and it is easy and kid friendly -- Grown-ups like it too. I strongly suggest to use drumsticks, or boned thighs, not the boneless breast. I also remove skin from the drumsticks to reduce the fat intake. Don't skip on fresh ginger and garlic. You can double or tripe the recipe and adjust amount of soy sauce & sugar for your preference. -- posted by Chef #687512

Citrus-Soy Chicken Wings

This is so yummy! I got this recipe from my husband's aunt, who makes this for parties. Note: It's not quite as labor intensive as it sounds. I guessed at the number of servings, which I really have no clue but is required. But this was always at potlucks so figure 2 lbs of wings should be at least 10 servings, depending on how many pieces you count as a serving! and unless you can't keep yourself away from them before they make it to the party! ;O) -- posted by JMigs;0)

Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings

My boys love chicken wings so I'm always challenged to find new ways of making them. I took my original recipe and made it spicier. These don't last long.... and are always requested by friends and family gatherings. The wings are cooked low and slow and the sauce gives them a kicked up flavor.
