Fastest Lunch or Dinner Ever! (Healthy Too, W/Black Beans)

Forget wasting time waiting in the McD's line. This healthy dish is more delicious, nutritious, and fast. All 4 of my kids love this because it is mild, not like most black bean dishes. To be sure, it is simple and plain, but sometimes that is the best. It can be supplemented with as many things as you can imagine--grilled chicken pieces, cheese, cilantro, tomato, black olives, green onions, etc., but we all love it just like this. -- posted by annlouise

Chicken on a Bun

This recipe is the easiest you can find. It is a cheater's version of what they serve at St Hubert's restaurant.Try to find the St Hubert BBQ sauce(gravy),but I'm sure your favourite will work. Serve with fries.
This is fast food at home. Even the greatest chefs cheat sometimes.
Enjoy! Great chicken you can prepare yourself for this recipe. .Recipe #365053 -- posted by Sage

The Best and Easiest Baked Salmon Fish Ever!

This is a recipe that I put together and love. Very simple. Only 3 ingredients. Very moist. I put it together for a diet that I'm on and now this is the only way we eat fish. This can be used for numerous kinds of fish. Freshwater, flounder and salmon are my favorite. You can increase the amount of filets. Keep oven the same temp and only increase time by a couple minutes. -- posted by lovin2cook

Frozen Baby Meal 3 of 6 (Chicken Soup)

This is one of six frozen baby meals I used to make for my son. A friend gave me the combination and with minimal preparation you save yourself time and money. All six are really pretty good and I've made them for myself in a pinch. I would either try to use leftover meat from other dishes I'd prepared or intentionally make extra to use for these meals. My son used to have a three-compartment baby tray with lid and I'd put one or two frozen cubes in the first slot, a little baby vegetable in the second slot and a little baby fruit in the last slot and he was set for lunch. I'd have his tray ready the night before or in the morning and by lunch the frozen cube(s) had almost thawed and just needed a little warming in the microwave. The serving sizes are difficult to determine since it is dependent on the age of the child. -- posted by Queen Puff

Vendange Harvest Sausages With Grapes, Thyme and Wine

A traditional Italian or French dish--called 'Salsiccia all'Uva' in Italian-- typically served from large vats at Vendange autumn grape harvest celebrations. Quite popular here in the Southern California Wine Country, as well! Preferably use a meaty best quality pork sausage which is lean and not highly seasoned (allow 1 or 2 sausages per person). I like to use a mixture of sweet and hot Italian sausages or local smoked chicken and apple sausage, but any good meaty sausage will do. Serve piping hot with potatoes or pasta, assorted cheeses, a good baguette or rustic peasant bread, and a bottle of the year's new vintage Beaujolais Nouveau or Gamay Beaujolais wine! -- posted by BecR

Easy and Delicious Stir Fry Sauce

This is so easy to make and tastes amazing on any stir fry. I usually use Chicken and loads of veggies, but pork or beef or even seafood would be great as well. The measurement are very approximate, as I NEVER measure when I make this. Just taste it as you go and adjust as you wish! You may need to make more or less of the sauce depending on the size of your stir fry. The servings are approximate based on my family. -- posted by Bexxx

Easy No Boil Pasta Bake

Campbell's used to make a jarred pasta bake sauce that I loved when my kids were little and time was short! When it was discontinued I discovered that the same recipe could be used with any jarred pasta sauce. My oldest son, who is away at college, asked me for some easy recipes that he can make with minimal mess and time and this recipe popped into my head... I thought I'd post it since I couldn't find any others like it on Zaar. -- posted by Hollyism

This is a super easy salmon pie. I usually buy red salmon but if your budget is tight, use pink. This delicious broth, redolent with garlic and enriched with the vitamins and minerals of fresh spinach, takes its name from an old folk saying that garlic is as good as ten mothers.

This is an all-around family favorite! My mom originally made it when I was younger, and now I use the recipe in my home and tell my friends about it! It's delicious, creamy, and filling! Using a crock pot makes it easy and convenient. Hope you enjoy! -- posted by Newlywed Gal

Pierogie Casserole

This is one of the first recipes I learned while away at college. Its a very simple side dish or main course. And great to take for a potluck dinner. This recipe freezes nicely and the leftovers are wonderful the next day. If you want, you can sauté onions in some butter and serve on the side. I would recommend using an 8x8 casserole dish and trimming the lasagna noodles to fit, but you can certainly use a 9x13; just add an extra sheet of lasagna to each layer. Enjoy!! -- posted by coffybean

Vegetarian Brown Rice Casserole

Vegetarian main dishes often require hours of chopping and cooking, and a laundry list of ingredients – but not in this dish. This easy casserole turns a can of vegetarian lentil soup into a hearty casserole with the help of nutritious, ready-to-serve whole-grain brown rice, canned vegetables, and cheddar cheese. Because all of the ingredients go into the casserole already cooked (canned vegetables are simply cooked vegetables in a can), all they need is a few minutes in a microwave before they are delightfully done and ready to serve. -- posted by Chef #1365024

Emily's Easy Cheesy Vegetable Soup

My friend, Emily, shared this recipe with me at my bridal shower. Its a quick, easy, tasty meal for cold winter days. I like preparing it in a crock-pot instead of on the stove to avoid burning the cheese. Emily also told me that while any mixed veggies will do, Veg-All is her favorite and I agree! I use low sodium cream of chicken soup, since left-overs tend to get salty in the fridge over time. -- posted by Chef #1067801
