			<description>Found this recipe at deliviouslivingmag.com. I haven't tried it, but I've seen recipes like it and wanted to put it here for safe keeping. The brownie bites are super healthy and I think they should be super delicious too. These are essentially raw brownie bites. Here's what it says on the website about them &amp;quot;Decadent and rich, these are made with good-fat almonds and antioxidant-laden cacao and sweetened with fiber-rich Medjool dates. They provide whole-food nutrition, so enjoy as a snack or treat. These can be kept at room temperature for a couple of days or will keep for at least a week refrigerated. Ingredient tips: Bobs Red Mill makes almond meal (flour), but if you cant find it, just use whole raw almonds and process them into a powder using your food processor. 			<title>Seviyan - Sweet Asian Vermicelli (Toasted)</title>

			<description>There are many, many versions of Seviyan (&amp;amp; spelling), you will find it differs from house to house &amp;amp; of course there are regional variations. Seviyan is the name of the toasted vermicelli used to make sweets aswell as savoury dishes in countries such as Pakistan &amp;amp; India. It is eaten throughout the year but comes into it's own during Ramadan. This is great fro Suhor (the morning meal before dawn) or as a desset after Iftar (the evening meal). I also like to make this a little drier &amp;amp; reduce the sugar somewhat. Recently I discovered that it's fun to swap the almonds &amp;amp; pistachios for a handful of prepared 'tropical fruit &amp;amp; nut mix' like you find in the health food shops &amp;amp; supermarkets). Seviyan is easy to find in most Asian supermarkets as well as the international isle in your regular supermarket - where it'll be sold as Pakistani Vermicelli. 			<description>Adapted from a recipe I found on the Simply Great Meals website.  Faced a dilemma in settling on a name for these.  They are n-e-v-e-r called Yo Yo Biscuits, just Yo Yos... the Simply Great Meals website called them Yo Yo's, but the apostrophe makes no sense, and without the apostrophe the name looks like Yo YOS - which sounds silly and is NOT what they are known as!  Conversions: 150g = just under 5oz; 60g = 2oz.  Personally, I'd prefer to omit the food coloring.  Not anti-pink, just prefer to avoid unnecessary chemicals.  Seems to me that even a 1/2 teaspoon of cherry juice would achieve the pinkness if that's what you're after.  The slivered almonds are not generally found in a traditional Yo Yo: I've added those. Obviously, you could use whatever nuts you fancy or a mixture of several different nuts.  Once youve melted your chocolate, butter and marshmallows, no more cooking is required.  Great for lunchbox snacks, picnics and potlucks!  For the best results, use top quality chocolate rather than cooking chocolate.  Ive suggested Lindt, and if you choose one with orange or peppermint chips, youll add another subtle flavour.  Ive wondered also about using a fruit juice instead of the water but havent tried this yet. The original recipe calls for natural bio yoghurt to be used, but any yoghurt will do.
This makes a large amount of smoothie, and if you're making it just for yourself, I'ld recommend halving it.

I have a little tablespoon measure made by chip clip that has a rubber bottom so I can pop the batter out without it sticking. I casually sprinkled the thick-cut Hemplers bacon with cayenne before frying to a nearly blackened crisp. Once the caramel had reached its perfect molten temperature I stirred in a handful of the bacon then reserved the rest to get sprinkled on top. The caramel set beautifully. Some were cut and served as is while a select few were covered in tempered dark chocolate. All of them were devoured.

			<description>This is my highly modified version of Carrot Cake by Making Stuff.
I loved it the day after it was cooked, I don't recommend eating it without waiting 6-12 hours. In fact, If you can wait a couple days, it would be just perfect. The texture and the flavors really benefit from waiting. This cake has a Queen Elizabeth Cake-like texture, because of the dates and coconut. It is quite dense and creamy on the inside, with a nice crunch on the edges. For the spice measures in this recipe : I went by eye, knowing the strenght of the spices I am used to use. These measures are approximate, and feel free to experiment to suit your own preferences. I don't recommend putting raisins or pineapple in this cake, because the acidity of those fruits prevents from digesting the starches well. This cake keeps well in an airtight container in the fridge. Note that the flour measurement calls for it to be spooned into the cup and leveled off--this will give you a different amount of flour in the cup than the dip and sweep method and noticeably effect the texture of the crust.
MAKE AHEAD: Store in an airtight container at room temperature if you are serving them within a day. The mixing technique of the mixer allows the cream cheese and butter to really combine and become light and airy. This results in a flaky, crisp, but tender, finished product.
The vigorous beating of the butter and cream cheese before adding the flour creates a light, layered dough similar to puff pastry. Rolling the dough in confectioners' sugar to give a slight glaze to the finished pastry and helps balance the richness of the dough with the sweet filling. Make sure the dough is well chilled or it will not roll out properly.
*NOTE: In general, it is not a good idea to use salted butter in baked goods. However, because of the lack of liquid in rugelach dough, salted butter is the only way to get the salt evenly distributed. 			<description>This recipe for vegetarian-friendly, alcoholic almond gelatin jigglers (think Jello Jigglers meets Jello shots) combines vanilla vodka, uses seaweed-derived gelatin called agar-agar (as opposed to nondescript gelatin, which is likely to be animal-derived), and reduces paper/plastic waste (no cups). The ratio of water to alcohol is 1:1, so these jigglers are quite alcoholic! For better taste/less alcohol, you might consider reducing the amount of alcohol to 1 1/2 cups and increasing either the amount of water or milk to 2 1/2 cups (I would increase the milk, for more body and color). Of course, it's all a matter of personal taste and preference.
