			<title>The Easiest and Best Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup</title>

			<description>A friend of mine made this soup for a baby shower that I recently attended and everyone loved it!  Fritos or tortilla strips and cheddar cheese are optional topping's as well as the sour cream. I like it the best with only sour cream which make it HEALTHY which is alway a major plus! You do not need to pre cook the chicken, just put it in raw OR frozen, which makes it super easy. For spicer soup, get the spicy RoTel tomatoes and/or Medium or Hot Tostitos Salsa but you will find that it has a lot of flavor and is quite spicy for not having to add any extra spices -- SO easy!! 			<description>Polo (a Central Asian variant on the word pilaf) is a food staple found across Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, and parts of northwestern China.  The different peoples of each region have their own takes, and their own flavors, for the recipe.  This recipe is for Uyghur polo, the variant of the dish found in China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.  Uyghur food is on the whole closer in taste to Indian, Persian, or Mediterranean food than it is to conventional Chinese food.

I credit this recipe to my Uyghur language instructor. 			<description>I first was introduced to this recipe when I was reading the book, &amp;quot;Belong to Me&amp;quot;, when the main character &amp;quot;would have sold her soul&amp;quot; for a plate of this. I had to do further research and hours later, found a recipe that I was happy with sharing. There are American versions of this and Italian versions of this. The Italian version has you begin by reducing the anchovies into a paste, reducing their fishy taste. It also has you cook the sauce longer, mingling the flavours and reducing the tomatoes into their own paste. Although excellent the 1st day, it is even better the second so plan ahead to make more! And please, RESIST the urge to cover this with cheese! 			<description>I've made this punch for several weddings, parties and showers and it always goes over well!  From the 1986 Southern Living Annual Recipes.  I haven't made it with champagne, but I am sure it would be delicous that way!  Take time to make the ice ring; it really makes the punch perfect!  If you need to make a lot of this, you can make the punch up to the point where you chill the base and instead freeze it.  I've made enough for 100 people this way with good results. Also, the original recipe calls for a 28-ounce bottle of tonic water.  I just always use the full 1 liter bottle.
