You can add banana to this, or strawberries, get creative.

For frozen soy milk, measure one cup, and freeze in an ice cube tray for blending ease.

If things get stuck while blending, stop the blender and move around the frozen bits with a spoon. If you still have trouble blending, add more soy milk.

			<description>A friend of mine made this soup for a baby shower that I recently attended and everyone loved it!  Fritos or tortilla strips and cheddar cheese are optional topping's as well as the sour cream. I like it the best with only sour cream which make it HEALTHY which is alway a major plus! You do not need to pre cook the chicken, just put it in raw OR frozen, which makes it super easy. For spicer soup, get the spicy RoTel tomatoes and/or Medium or Hot Tostitos Salsa but you will find that it has a lot of flavor and is quite spicy for not having to add any extra spices -- SO easy!! 			<description>I found this recipe in the 2009 editon of Taste of Home Quick Cooking Annual Recipes. It was sent in to them by Mary Ann Kime of Sturgis, Michigan. After she mixed everything together she warmed the soup in the microwave. Since I didn't want to dirty up alot of dishes, I just decided to heat everything on the stove top. If you want to follow the exact recipe, and have that particular cookbook the recipe is on page 101.Serve with crackers or even a grilled cheese. They are easy to make, and may be prepared with or without tri-color bell peppers -- and of course they are delicious, with aromatic fresh herbs. I've tried making them with dried herbs, but there's just no beating the flavor of fresh rosemary and thyme (you can even sneak a little fresh sage in there too, if you've got it). 			<description>I've made this punch for several weddings, parties and showers and it always goes over well!  From the 1986 Southern Living Annual Recipes.  I haven't made it with champagne, but I am sure it would be delicous that way!  Take time to make the ice ring; it really makes the punch perfect!  If you need to make a lot of this, you can make the punch up to the point where you chill the base and instead freeze it.  I've made enough for 100 people this way with good results. Also, the original recipe calls for a 28-ounce bottle of tonic water.  I just always use the full 1 liter bottle.
