Fabulous Oregano Bread (or Pizza Dough)

Easy Pizza Dough for Bread Machine

This is basically an amalgam of several basic bread recipes, simplified and adapted for use as a pizza crust. The bread machine just makes it easier.
Italian Peasant Bread for Bread Machine

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, this bread flecked with herbs, is an almost identical version to the bread served at the popular restaurant Ramano's Macoroni Grill. I came across the recipe after becoming addicted to their bread and craving it constantly (thanks to Google search and Cafe Michele). It's a great bread to tear and dip in flavored olive oils and to serve with your best Italian pasta dishes, or soups. -- posted by Jamie Renee

English Muffins

Homemade English Muffins! Oh boy! Never again be fobbed off with those little white sponges sold in grocery stores. I have called for whole wheat flour because that is what I use, but you can certainly use all or part hard unbleached (white) flour. The ascorbic acid (Vitamin C powder) is available in bulk food stores, but you will not need it unless your flour is organic, and does not have dough conditioners added. Don't be put off by the length of the instructions, these are really quite easy. You can even make the dough in your bread machine. -- posted by Jenny Sanders

Garlic Rosemary Focaccia for the Bread Machine

This is my favourite breadmachine recipe. It is so moist and flavourful. Although it is not a high rising bread, it makes great flat italian sandwiches. It is also good warm, served with butter and soup. You can use all white flour if desired, but for best results, follow the recipe.
Bill's Focaccia Bread

This is Bill Hingley's recipe which we LOVE. Original recipe located at http://www.upword.com/bread/billfoca.html. I recently bought a breadmaker. Although I LOVE to knead bread, I haven't had the time for, ohh...10 or so years to do it regularly.
Exotic Garlic Bread

This bread smells very fragrant when it's baking in the oven. It's baked flat but will rise just enough so that you can split it horizontally and make a sandwich with it. The oatmeal makes it a little healthy. The recipe was actually built on my recipe for oatmeal molasses bread. If you don't have an oil sprayer, just use a brush or your fingers to spread olive oil over the top before baking. This recipe is meant for making with a bread machine. The prep time includes mixing time in the bread machine, resting, etc. -- posted by Oparu

Tyler Florence's Pita Bread (Bread Machine, Dough Cycle)

I don't know if Tyler Florence would approve of the use of a bread machine to knead his pita bread recipe. I think it works wonderfully. Fresh pita bread is like a loaf of homemade bread. The flavor, texture and fragrance can't be compared with the store bought variety. I think this goes well with Paula Wolfert's Hummus which I also submitted to RecipeZaar. This recipe uses a Pizza Stone but I think you might possibly use a hot cookie sheet with good results. Prep time is bread machine time. -- posted by P.B.&Jayne

Basil & Garlic Pizza Dough (Abm)

A flavourful pizza dough that I often make ahead and refrigerate (can be frozen as well). Using the bread machine makes homemade pizza crust extremely easy! I use this dough for flatbread for bruschetta, as well. This recipe makes two 12" thin crust pizzas, one 14" thick crust pizza, or one 15x10" thin crust "party" pizza.
