Moist, tender, buttery homemade rolls. The ease of the bread machine leaves time for you to spend on your other dishes. Probably the best bread machine roll recipe I've found. Too good for anyone to believe I really made them. Prep time includes bread machine time.
Cinnamon Buns, dough kneaded in ABM

I like to use the dough setting on my bread machine as I cannot knead bread. You can make with or without the brown sugar syrup. You can glaze with a thin icing if you don't use syrup. The prep time does not include rising time in bread machine or for buns.I don't use this recipe anymore since I started making Hot dog/Hamburger rolls recipe #96475. It makes great cinnamon buns also. -- posted by Dorel

Grandma's Best Cinnamon Rolls

This is from a clipping from a magazine dated 1997 I mix the dough in the bread machine on the dough cycle. And then shape, rise and bake in the oven. The rolls are tender and I like the oatmeal. I finished them off with some icing I had left over from a spanich bar cake that I made a few days before. This is a good recipe if you are home getting ready for overnight guests, the bread machine does a lot of the work, and your guests think you spent hours making these.
Buttery Pan Rolls (for the Bread Machine)

From a Favorite Brand Name Recipes book. I've made too many yeast roll recipes to count but these are my hands down favorite. I make them for all holiday meals and whenever bringing dinner to someone. It's really easy with the bread machine and everyone loves them. It's a lot of butter but don't scrimp, they're well worth it! I've doubled the recipe and either baked in two pans or in a 13x9 pan. If you do this, just watch the baking time and make sure the middle rolls are cooked through. -- posted by LonghornMama

These delicious rolls are very easy to make because your bread machine does all of the hard work. They are best when served warm, and reheat well (if they last that long).

Whole Wheat Breakfast Rolls (A B M)

I don't normally have a lot of time for breakfast in the morning. I'm also trying to move towards eating more whole grains. This recipe is my own creation to fill those needs, loosely based on some recipes I looked at for both oatmeal and anadama bread in the bread machine. I get 16 rolls out of this. They're pretty dense and filling. One of my best friends tried these, and her comment was "This is really good. But it tastes so HEALTHY." Exactly what I was trying to accomplish. These are great with some peanut butter and fruit jam for breakfast on-the-go. -- posted by dividend

Mom's 100% Whole Grain Air Buns (Rolls) (Knead Dough in the Abm)

I submitted Mom's 100% Whole Wheat Air Buns (#168802) recently, but I have done some tweaking of that recipe, (which does not contain egg or milk), and I like this one better. Unlike many whole grain breads, these rolls are delicious, soft, and light. This is a reincarnation of Mom's Air Buns #168628, which uses white flour, and is a winner in the taste and texture department, but this one is much healthier because of the added protein and fibre. -- posted by Sweet Baboo

Crescent Roll Dough (Bread Machine)

We live where cans of crescent roll dough are not available. I searched the 'net for something I could use as a substitute. While I don't claim these are EXACTLY like the canned ones, they're close enough for us. This came from Allrecipes.com (called Blue Ribbon Overnight Rolls). I've always made the dough using a bread machine, so I can't give any feedback making it without the machine. The dough is very easy to work with.
New England Style Buttermilk Hot Dog Bun's (Lobster Rolls)

After a great deal of searching for this style of roll for the 2008 4th of July Holiday, I fiddled with the recipe and came up with a much better version. I hope that you enjoy these as much as we do. They are great rolls! Rich in eggs and butter, this dough is soft and tender and does not require excessive kneading. It is easy to make by hand and even easier if you have an electric mixer with a dough hook. Please note that when I make these rolls I use the 'dough setting' on my bread maker to mix the ingredients and get through the first rise. Please follow your bread makers instructions for adding ingredients if you choose to use your bread maker, as well. The times listed reflect making the buns manually. -- posted by Humble Bee

This makes a first-rate country French bread in your ABM. My family loves it so much I can't make it fast enough! Makes a 2 lb. loaf. This is also an excellent dough to make by hand. Simply let it raise a couple of times, punch it down in between and bake it off in a 400 degree oven for approximately 30-40 minutes (I don't remember exactly how long).
Whole Wheat Bread Machine Rolls

We LOVE these rolls. This recipe would probably make good bread too. We've used these rolls to make little sandwiches with as well as putting them on the side with dinner.

It isn't real sweet, so be prepared for a true wheat taste. I've successfully substituted honey for half the sugar and soured milk for the water.

The great thing about this recipe is that you can alter it to fit your needs. Want Italian rolls? Just add Italian seasoning in the mix then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and parsley before baking. Super easy and the bread machine does all the work for you!

Bread Machine Hot Cross Spice Buns

I found a variation of this recipe on another website, but the original did not contain nearly as many spices or flavorings. I also prefer to use my Recipe #19239 on top of these. If you do not have nonfat dry milk powder, you may use 3/4 cup lowfat or nonfat milk, warmed to lukewarm in place of the water and powdered milk. These are lightly spiced, and if you use the cloves, they will have a darker color. Not very sweet, the icing provides most of the sweetness. -- posted by HeatherFeather

I love this recipe because the rolls turn out soo nice and moist!! This recipe came from a book i purchased called "More Breaking Bread" with Father Dominic Garramone. In the origional recipe there is only 2T of minced onion and the onion salt is actualy regular and not onion. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE onion so these are very oniony and they same me time because of the bread machine!!
This is from the cookbook that came with my Cuisinart ABM I got for a wedding present! I can't wait to make these! NOTE: The yield is only a guess as it depends on how long you make them. Also, cook time does not including resting time for dough, or time in the bread machine. -- posted by SarahBeth131

Sticky Buns (Bread Machine)

Use your bread machine after dinner to make these sticky buns. Then refrigerate overnight, and pop them into the oven in the morning. What a way to start your day! NOTE: If you prefer to bake them right away, let the buns rise at room temperature, lightly covered with plastic wrap, about 45 minutes or until they are puffy and the tops are about as high as the pan itself. -- posted by buckeye1953

Whole Wheat Seed Rolls

I combined the parts I liked of two different recipes to make this one. It's delicious just warm with butter, but it also tastes great with honey drizzled over it. I like to make it as rolls to take in my lunch along with salad, but you could also just do it as a 2 lb. loaf in the bread machine -- posted by Salamanders Scribe
