Just made this today and I have to say it is DELICIOUS! I make this corn dish all the time but the idea about the Rotel tomatoes was something new but so good! Thanks for posting!

This corn is amazing!! I love it so much! It is so yummy! This is also really good used as a dip! Serve with Ritz crackers and just enjoy!
