This is a recipe i made up myself. it is easy to fix and toss in the oven

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350* F.
  2. 2
    Roll crackers until completely smashed.
  3. 3
    Add parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and completely mix all ingredients together.

    Melt butter in microwave.
  5. 5
    Roll chicken in butter, then roll in cracker mixture.
  6. 6
    Place in foil lined oven pan, pour remainder of butter over chicken.

    Bake 45 minutes.
