This recipe was invented by my friend Rivka, who had a jar of dulce de leche sitting around and didn't really know what to do with it. She whipped up some cream, added the yummy dulce de leche and stuck the whole thing in the freezer. Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway), this was a huge hit. Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway), I've made this recipe countless times since, and it's a winner every time! The recipe is so incredibly simple yet so incredibly delicious.
