The Most Wonderful Gingerbread Cookies

This is a fantastic recipe and don't have sticky dough issues as long as I flour my rolling pin and working surface. I've made these over the holidays and they disappear so quickly. This is a great, classic gingerbread man recipe. — Cookess Jan 19, 2009
