Moonstruck Eggs

Posted by HeatherFeather

We make "one-eyes" all the time too, but I've never thought of serving them with peppers and onions. They add nice sharp flavor to an otherwise dull breakfast. — JoeyV Aug 22, 2009

Tastes great, excellent texture. I added another coat of egg wash half way through baking. — JoeyV Aug 18, 2009

Delicious! And that's all I have to say about that. Update: formed 4 small round loafs, scooped out the middle to make bread bowls, and poured in New England clam chowder (from a can, sorry). TRY IT! — JoeyV Aug 15, 2009

Didn't have any arugula or onion on hand, but still tasted very good. Served as a side for Asian-Style Grilled Tilapia (Asian-Style Grilled Tilapia). — JoeyV Jul 30, 2009

Sudbury Chicken Marinade

Posted by Oolala

I was short on time and only marinaded the chicken for about 30 minutes and it still was very flavorful. I added an additional tablespoon of red vinegar. After broiling, the syrup gave it a nice crispy caramelized coating. — JoeyV Jul 26, 2009

Yummy Yummy. I think I may have undercooked the rice slightly though for fear of over cooking it. — JoeyV Jul 22, 2009

Delicious recipe. After removing meat from the wok I sauteed some bell peppers and red onion in some of the juices. Served everything over rice. — JoeyV Jul 22, 2009

Almond Biscotti

Posted by P4

Best biscotti I've recipe I've seen so far. I used slivered almonds, chocolate chips, and walnuts. The anise extract should be required, not optional (IMHO). — JoeyV Jul 22, 2009

Fantastic! I added ~1/2 Tsp corn starch at the end of step three to thicken the sauce a bit. — JoeyV Mar 9, 2009
