Chinese Chicken Pizza

Posted by Manda

Really tasty! Maybe slightly less ginger for us next time as we found it very cloying and couldn't eat more than two pieces without being overwhelmed. Maybe some veggies would have helped cut the sweetness. Good stuff! — v301 May 18, 2004

Left out the mushrooms and added peas. Simple and tasty dish! Use whatever you have leftover and throw it in there! — v301 Jan 3, 2004

Inexpensive and easy to make. Very tasty-even my 12 year old ate it! I think I may add a bit of sugar when I make this next time-thanks! — v301 Oct 13, 2003

Pork Chops Casserole

I've enjoyed MANY of NurseDi's recipes, but this one just wasn't a hit like the others. It was very easy to make but just didn't have the flavor we were looking for. — v301 Oct 10, 2003

Definitely good stuff. Next time I may add the garlic like the others suggest, but how about some bacon too? Yum! — v301 Oct 1, 2003

Easy Swiss Chicken dinner

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Denise in NH

Had to cook mine a bit longer as I had some huge chicken breasts so I think some of the sauce may have dried up. Otherwise I thought it was great and easy to fix for a weeknight dinner. Thanks! — v301 Sep 24, 2003

The Best Casserole Ever!

Posted by Graybert

Sorry Gray, but I just didn't care for it although my husband ate it like it was going out of style. I think I will try the cheese, garlic, and maybe some onion next time. I thought the cream of chicken was a little weird-maybe cream of celery... — v301 Sep 21, 2003

Cracker Barrel's Hash Browns Casserole - Copycat

This was fantastic! Easy to fix and very tasty....my family loved it. The stuff we get at our Cracker Barrel is usually good but dried out. Nice to see what it's REALLY supposed to be like. — v301 Sep 7, 2003

Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

My family loved these potatoes! Be sure to eat them while they're hot as they aren't as good when they cool down. — v301 Sep 6, 2003

Spicy Cucumbers

Wow! These were great! Could barely stay out of them long enough to let them marinate. Didn't think I have enough marinade but once you toss it's plenty. — v301 Aug 17, 2003

Tasty and easy to make. I used prosciutto and bacon so had to cook the bacon a bit longer than the prosciutto. — v301 Aug 17, 2003

Baked Pork Stroganoff

Posted by Denise!

Easy to make and good to get rid of leftover pork. A bit too peppery for my family. We added some sour cream and ketchup to give it a little zing. — v301 Aug 9, 2003
