Stuffed Flounder

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by LinMarie

This was fabulous and a big hit! The only change I made was to use half crab meat and half shrimp and I added a little cheese. I had leftover stuffing so I stuck it in the freezer and the following week used it to make the most incredible... — Dee-Dee B Nov 20, 2009

Home-Style Beef-N-Noodles W/Mushrooms & Onions

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Wildflour

What an incredible flavor the gravy had. I only used a 4lb chuck roast but made the full gravy anyway. Definitely add the horseradish and mustard! Be careful on the salt because there is a lot in the onion soup mix. So easy and so delicious. — Dee-Dee B Nov 3, 2009

Cheddar Bay Biscuits Red Lobster

Posted by Miss Erin

Okay I've tried all the copy cat recipes and this is the one that is closest to Red Lobsters. It is the buttermilk that makes the difference so don't substitute. I mince fresh garlic into the melted butter for the top of the biscuits. You think... — Dee-Dee B Jun 14, 2009

Olive Garden Pasta E Fagioli

This is by far the very best pasta fagioli and is my favorite soup. Have some extra beef broth as it tends to get thick. Awesome. — Dee-Dee B Jun 14, 2009

I make this over and over. It is simple to make and sinfully delicious. I save some coconut and put it in the toaster over for a minute and garnish the top with toasted coconut. — Dee-Dee B Jun 14, 2009

Summit House Classic Creamed Corn Au Gratin

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Pauline Patterson

This is a recipe I make all the time so it is only right that I give it the 5 stars it deserves. Tonight I decided to make it but didn't have the whipping cream so I substituted half and half and it was still just as fabulous. I use 2 Tbsp of... — Dee-Dee B May 17, 2009

Great flavor. I prefer to make this the day before as it holds together like a pie, otherwise it is a bit runny. This is a keeper. — Dee-Dee B May 17, 2009

The Best Browned Beef Stew -- --Ever

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Christina Chavez

I felt I owed this a review since this is a recipe I make over and over again. As written it is a great stew recipe but each time I make it, I add the veggies I'm in the mood for. I always throw in one can of diced tomatoes and a splash of gravy... — Dee-Dee B Apr 16, 2009

I've made this recipe several times now so I felt I owed a review. I love this soup. I've made it using water and I've made it substituting chicken broth and I feel the chicken broth is better. Other than that, I cook some potatoes in a... — Dee-Dee B Apr 2, 2009

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

I have to say that I thought one cup of breadcrumbs made these too dry. Also, I would follow the reviews of others and use a moister cheese than parmesean. I followed the recipe exactly except I added a few tablespoons of chopped red and green... — Dee-Dee B Dec 20, 2008
