Zesty Salsa for Canning

I used this recipe for my first salsa canning experience. It turned out very well, other than the strong flavour of the apple cider vinegar that is still in the salsa. I don't care for this and will maybe try white vinegar next time with this... — Silverviolet Jan 9, 2009
