Excellent! I needed a dessert to serve to a friend who is on a low carb diet. I substituted Splenda for the sugar, and just left out the pie filling. Quick and easy to make, and easy to transport. . .would be great for a picnic. — CCLady Apr 18, 2004

Excellent. . .the only changes I made were to add a teaspoon of vanilla (I put vanilla in almost anything baked) and left out the nuts (because I didn't have any). The only reason I can't evaluate it for breakfast is that it didn't last that long! — CCLady Apr 11, 2004

Excellent! I served it with fresh-baked French bread. . .yum. The only thing I would change next time is (carnivore that I am) I'd probably double the amount of meat. This is a recipe I've tried to find for years - thanks for sharing! — CCLady Jan 28, 2004
