I used to work for El Torito for 2 & 1/2 years and ate this soup most of my shifts. I made this recipe and it was EXACTLY the same! I was amazed! I like to add just a dallop of sour cream to my bowl. It's delicious! — HealRacMT Oct 24, 2009

Mom's Homemade Apple Cider (Non-Alchoholic)

Absolutely fabulous! I used Macintosh apples. I didn't have enough allspice, so I substituted in some ground cloves. This puts store-bought cider to shame. I will DEFINITELY be making this over and over. Thank you, Crazy Crafter! — HealRacMT Sep 5, 2008

This is absolutely delicious! I used Macintosh apples, half the sugar in the filling, an extra half teaspoon of cinnamon and pecans. Oh my! This dessert has such great flavor, especially for autumn. — HealRacMT Sep 5, 2008
