Delicious Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

The texture on these is absolutely perfect. They stay nice and soft. I substituted half of the flour with regular whole wheat flour and they still came out perfect. Definitely keeping this recipe on file. — cookmama Jun 12, 2009
