Tilapia Mediterranean over Angel Hair Pasta

Posted by Colleen321

Tastewise, I'd give this about a three, but my husband really liked it, so I'll give it his assessment rather than mine. Also, it's quite easy to cook and only one dish, so that helps justify the 5-star too. I'll probably cook it once or twice... — Catta Oct 19, 2009

My mom likes this a lot. I thought it a bit blander than I expected, but still worth four stars. — Catta Dec 25, 2008

Spiedies

Posted by Mega

Posted by Chef Annie

Porcupines

Posted by longhornmel

These looked odd, but were really very good. I added my usual seasonings to the ground beef (worchester, steak seasoning, garlic salt, pepper) and cooked it uncovered. It cooked faster, but the meat and rice tended to dry out on the top, so I... — Catta Oct 7, 2008

Seasoned Red Potatoes

Even though I cooked these too long, they were really good...especially after they got cool enough that I didn't burn my tongue on them. My roommate actually asked for the recipe--and she doesn't cook anything. — Catta Oct 7, 2008
