Fannie Farmer's Classic Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Posted by - Carla -

Super good. I was surprised because I grew up with Kraft mac and cheese tastes. I did use good Cheddar and I followed the recipe even though I wondered why I was cooking stirring constantly for 10 minutes. I wouldn't change a thing. — Kasha Nov 15, 2009

Nutella Biscotti

Posted by Ginny Potter

Messy to make, but gives a nice quantity of biscotti and very chocolaty. I used the chips and the nuts. I aslo dried them out for a bit longer than stated in the oven. Really flour your hands well when you work with the very wet dough. — Kasha Nov 11, 2009

Pasta With Pancetta and Tomato Sauce - Giada De Laurentiis

Posted by rosewater

Quick, easy, tasty, not too expensive. Be careful with the amount of the red pepper flakes, a good basic, could use bacon easily if no pancetta. — Kasha Nov 11, 2009

Pot Stickers (Chinese Dumplings)

Posted by ~jb4~

Time consuming but very good. I added a bit of sugar to the recipe, otherwise, perfect. note-- be very careful if you freeze these, they stuck to each other something terrible for me. — Kasha Nov 5, 2009

Baked Quince With Yoghurt

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by evelyn/athens

I served this without the yogurt, but that would be good too. My first experience with quinces. They are very hard to cut in half and even harder to core. I found that I thought I had cored them but hadn't and wound up cutting them off the... — Kasha Nov 2, 2009

Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cake

Posted by Juenessa

I wanted to like this one but it wasn't as interesting as I had hoped. It did get a 5 star review from my boss. I found it too sweet, even sticky. — Kasha Oct 29, 2009

Not what I was expecting. Great taste, but I didn't care for the consistency of the final product. Easy to do though, try it and see if you like it. — Kasha Oct 15, 2009

This was exactly what I wanted and looked and baked perfectly. I cooked it with a pan of water underneath and no cracking, not in a bai,n marie, but pan on another rack. No need to look for another cheesecake recipe, ever! — Kasha Oct 4, 2009

Classic Blondies

Posted by Anneliese8

Easy to do with things you probably have at home. Good, but sweet, and makes a lot. I cut the recipe in half and put in an 8x11 biscuit pan. They went the consistency I remember, these were cakier, but still nice and really fast. — Kasha Oct 4, 2009

The Best Honey Bundt Cake

Posted by KITTENCAL

I would make this again, as it tastes good, but I would do it in a 9 x 13 pan lined with parchement to get it out. It stuck worse to a well Pammed bundt pan than anything I have ever seen, I had to dig it out and it is in pieces and crumbs on a... — Kasha Oct 1, 2009
