Buffalo Chicken Soup

Posted by Nonnie4Two

Love it! Sounds weird but it's tasty... Added about a 1/2 cup of beer to thin it out. It wasn't much soup to serve for dinner - might even double it for lunch leftovers. — Siren Chef Nov 15, 2009

Cut down on prep time even more (if that is possible) by not peeling the apples. Use an apple corer, chop chop stir and you've got dessert! — Siren Chef Oct 2, 2009

Marinated Filet Mignon

Delicious. We ate this for Valentine's Day... Not sure if it was the delicious beef or the marinate but I thought this was perfect. Used a red-wine-mushroom sauce on top just because I like things saucy, but fine without! — Siren Chef Feb 16, 2009

Delicious - wish I had brought the leftovers for lunch today! Couple of changes I made we really liked: added two boiling potatoes (skin on), added a few dashes on onion powder, didn't have any dry mustard so used spicy brown mustard (2 tsps?)... — Siren Chef Jan 26, 2009
