Grilled Squash and Zucchini

I use my Foreman grill for everything from onions to mushrooms. This works great with squash. If you like fajitas this is great to add with the meat and rice. Just don't overcook, I like the squash to be a little firm. — ObscuredbyClouds Jul 8, 2003
