Eggless Vegan Carrot Cake Cupcakes

The texture of this cake was wonderful but I thought it lacked flavor. I couldn't taste any of the spices. It had a 'flour' taste and was just bland. Maybe adding some extra cinnamon would help? — Chef #905211 Apr 10, 2009
