This is a lovely jam which is dead easy to make. I didn't read the instructions properly, liquidized all the fruit first [thank you Krista], threw the whole lot - including the sugar, pectin and a couple of apples, into a large pot and boiled it.... — Chef #878178 Sep 1, 2008

This is such an easy recipe to follow and the end result is fabulous. I made ALOT as had 2 full tree's worth of apricots to use. Trouble was I gave a couple of jars to friends .... who came back begging for more ... and its all gone now! — Chef #878178 Jul 17, 2008
