Blender Quiche - or the Whatever You Have in Your Kitchen Leftov

Posted by Tish

This was easy, but a bit too eggy for me. I'm still looking for that perfectly creamy quiche recipe. — KTgirl Sep 6, 2009

Double Chocolate Banana Muffins

Posted by Charishma Ramchandani

My kids liked these a lot. I tried cutting down the fat by substituting applesauce, and used half the choc chips... but nothing beats the real thing! I'll be following the recipe exactly for the next time (very soon!). — KTgirl Sep 6, 2009

Cornmeal Scones

These were great! Great texture, and wonderful with any kind of sauce to mop up. Next time I will follow the suggestion to add a couple of tablespoons of sugar, which I think would have rounded out the flavor a little. Thanks for the recipe! — KTgirl Feb 26, 2009

Beet and Carrot Pancakes

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by blucoat

This was so easy - a beet recipe that my 5 and 3 year old actually like! Also well received by adults. My only added suggestion is to drain the patties on paper towels after removing from the pan, to cut down on the oil a little bit. Thanks -... — KTgirl Dec 31, 2008
