Queso Blanco Mexican White Cheese Dip

Posted by 1Steve

Not so good. It was WAY too salty. I had to put it back on the stove and add more cheese to try to reduce the saltiness. I had the same problem with the half and half floating on top and a gritty mass of cheese on the bottom. — cbasser Oct 14, 2009

This was okay. It lacked flavor and tasted like it was missing something to make it really good. — cbasser Sep 8, 2009

Holy Tamoly!! I served this to my 4 picky kids and they ate it! It was the first time I made meatloaf that was edible. I don't even like meatloaf and I just ate about half of the leftovers. I think next time I will up the ginger and maybe the... — cbasser Jan 20, 2009

Perfect Pork Tenderloin

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by BeachGirl

Fantastic! This was so tender I cut it with a butter knife. I set the oven to turn on while we were away and cook for 12 minutes for a 12lb tenderloin. I just left it in the oven to come to room temp until the oven turned on. It wasn't quite... — cbasser Jan 14, 2009

This marinade was very tasty. I marinated for 24 hours and then used Perfect Pork Tenderloin Perfect Pork Tenderloin to cook it. It was so tender my 9 month old ate it with just his 2 teeth. Very good and company worthy! — cbasser Jan 14, 2009

Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Pretty good. It was a little runny for my taste but definitely tasty. Make sure to have all the ingredients measured and ready to go before you start as you are stirring constantly. Thanks for a good recipe. I will make again. — cbasser Dec 7, 2008
