Pretty good and really easy. I added about a cup of sliced mushrooms and extra pepper. I also cut it down to 1/2 cup sour cream. My husband, who doesn't like stroganoff, had seconds! — Riellesmom Jul 29, 2008

Not quite what I had hoped for. The meat was very tender but next time I would cook the ribs alone for a while first and drain before adding the BBQ sauce. Will try it again with hopefully much better results! — Riellesmom Jun 5, 2008

Very good! Really nice flavor! I used about 1 tsp of crushed red peppers because I have small children and it still had enough kick in it! I also doubled the sauce except for the sugar. Definately sweet enough! I will make this again and again! — Riellesmom May 31, 2008
