Rack of Lamb With Chive Crust

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by evelyn/athens

The lamb was excellent and the crust looked and tasted delicious. Next time I will add more chives as the flavour was almost too subtle. We went without the sauce as the lamb did not grace us with even a thimbleful of juice. — Chef #847760 Jun 29, 2009

Rapini With Garlic & Chili Flakes

Posted by Dancer^

We really enjoyed the simplicity of this dish. The flavour of the rapini holds up to the stronger flavours of beef and lamb. — Chef #847760 Jun 29, 2009
