Healthy Tuna Casserole (Low-Fat)

Posted by KITTENCAL

Turned out very well. I made 2, 1/2 batches, one with cream of mushroom and the other with cream of celery. I prefer the mushroom. Didn't include sliced mushrooms, DH doesn't like them but added a bag of thawed frozen peas and it was great.... — Tracy Jayne Oct 21, 2009

Pretty good. I think next time I will omit the butter and double up the cream cheese. I also added celery to the filling mixture. My way of sneaking in some veggies. They didn't know the difference. May also want to try the larger cresent... — Tracy Jayne Aug 29, 2009

Pasta Fazool (Pasta and Beans With Sausage)

Posted by KITTENCAL

An absolute WINNER!! Having a toddler I had to tone down the spice, I used regular Italian sausage but otherwise followed the directions and it turned out beautifully. My family has become addicted. Will be making again and again. Thanks so much. — Tracy Jayne Aug 28, 2009

Turned out great!! Used soup bone cause it's what I had on hand and subbed some beef stock for the water. Great flavor and oh so filling. My first attempt at homemade soup. Thanks for your help making it a success. — Tracy Jayne Aug 3, 2009

My husband said, "It tastes like something my mom makes." He ate 2 big plates!! Thanks for a great recipe that will become a regular meal in our home. I doubled the recipe without doubling the salt and it turned out great. — Tracy Jayne Jun 19, 2009

Just 1 Dozen Easy Oatmeal Cookies

Posted by Babzy

These were a great way to use up some of that instant oatmeal we had gotten sick of eating. I added choc. chips and used butter instead of margarine. I think next time I will also add vanilla just for a little added flavor. 13 minutes to bake... — Tracy Jayne Oct 10, 2008

Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Chef #848744

I made these as bars in a 9x13 pan and they turned out quite well. Our family likes to melt and mix together 3/4 cup butterscotch chips and 3/4 cup chocolate chips and spread on top. — Tracy Jayne Sep 28, 2008

Banana Chip Bars

Great tasting treat! I added just a bit more vanilla, force of habit for me. They needed more than 25 minutes to cook but turned out moist and delicious. Thanks. — Tracy Jayne Sep 26, 2008

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Posted by KITTENCAL

Fantastic!! These cookies were a big hit. I loved the idea of pulsing some of the oats. They stayed nice and moist. I used Red. Fat Peanut Butter and 12 minutes to cook and they came out perfect. Thanks a lot. — Tracy Jayne Aug 24, 2008

7-layer Jello

Posted by canson

This is a great treat. Making it does require some patience but the taste is well worth it. I think next time I will try blue raspberry instead of raspberry for an added color. Thanks so much!! — Tracy Jayne May 22, 2008
