Pumpkin Dump Cake

Posted by *axxo*

Way too rich. I didn't love the flavor combination of the yellow cake and pumpkin pie. The nuts with the pumpkin is a nice combo, but I will not make this again. It looks really pretty, but I will be scraping off the topping. — Chef #835092 Nov 20, 2009

Cracker Barrel Macaroni and Cheese

No one in my house liked this one. The sauce was bland and slightly grainy textured. I followed the recipe exactly. Perhaps I went wrong when adding the cream as I added the entire 1/2 cup and had no idea what the "desired consistency" was. — Chef #835092 Nov 12, 2009

Very Moist Banana Nut Bread

I love this recipe! I used sour milk instead of buttermilk since I don't keep buttermilk on hand. I also used half brown sugar, half white. I made a loaf and 12 muffins. The loaf I made with pecans, and the muffins I made some with just semi-sweet... — Chef #835092 Jun 6, 2009

Old-Time Beef Stew (Paula Deen)

Posted by SweetsLady

I ADORE this recipe! It does end up with too little liquid at the end, so either enjoy it thick or add more water. I make this without the celery because my husband doesn't like celery, and I use 2 bay leaves, and 1 dash (make sure you don't use... — Chef #835092 Jan 12, 2009
