Clay Oven-Roasted Chicken

Posted by Alan in SW Florida

This is my first Clay Baker recipe and it is awesome! It was a big hit with the whole family. It was moist and crispy. I threw 4 pealed garlic cloves in the pot. The roasted cloves were wonderful mushed in the rice I served with it. — redplaid huf Jun 9, 2009

A family tradition. I had to look for it to add to my cookbook here since I lost the original, printed on an old Libby's label. — redplaid huf Dec 24, 2008

Vanilla Eggless and Dairy Free Vegan Cake

Tried this because we wanted cupcakes but didn't have eggs. We are all thrilled with the results. The cupcakes are moist with a medium density, not crumbly, which is great when you are eating with your hands and no plate. I would never have known... — redplaid huf Nov 17, 2008

Easy Guacamole

Posted by JacquelineS

I made this because I needed a dip for a party where one of the girls attending is alergic to dairy, so no sour cream. We all loved it! It will now be our standard. We don't need no stinkin' sour cream! easy to make and outstanding, fresh taste! — redplaid huf Mar 14, 2007

Impossible Burrito Bake

To read my original review see "joanhotson" above. I forgot I had already reviewed this one when my mother was on this site under her name. I've made it twice so it is now a part of our family's regular food repertoire. — redplaid huf Jun 11, 2003
