Excellent recipe! I added a couple of tablespoons of flour in with the cajun spice before I tossed it with the chicken. I also omitted the green onion and substituted it with onion salt. Other than that, stuck to the recipe exactly. Soooo good. — Bethy Boo Nov 1, 2008
