We have a weekly organic veg box and we never know what we're going to get until we pick it up. Whenever there's beetroot in it, I make this recipe, excellent. I've made it with basmati rice when I haven't had the proper risotto rice. — Crechemom Aug 11, 2004

Spiced Cottage Pie With Chile Mash

Brilliant. My kids and my hubby loved it. Rather than put chillies in the mash and add cheese I used a mexican cheese with chillies in it. Chopped that up small (it won't shred because of the chilli pieces) and mixed it into the hot mash. — Crechemom Jan 28, 2004
