Chicken Sate with Peanut Sauce

Yum — well worth it! I added yogurt to the peanut sauce to make the paste instead of water and it was a big hit. I served it with cool cucumbers in a yogurt-vinegar sauce (yogurt, vingegar, sugar) and some rice. — Jason Meagher Apr 18, 2001
