Absolutely beautiful! My family loves mangos and coconuts, so this hit the spot for them. I used 1/2 lb butter and substitute coconut milk for the rest. It gave a moist, coconut flavor. Thank you for this recipe. — L.N Apr 11, 2009

I like the buttermilk in your recipe. it really makes a different. I spread nutella on them, then fold it, add fresh fruits, drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with powder sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delicious! — L.N Apr 2, 2008
