It was so quick and easy to make. So good too. I don't eat mushrooms or pork so I added thin strips of beef instead. Luckly I there is a Korean super market in town so I got everything I needed. Thanks for sharing your recipe. — Chef #783895 Sep 30, 2009

Thank you. I finally found The Carne Guisada taste that I've been searching for. So simple too. I wouldn't change anything because once I added the roux, it wasn't too saucey any more. I ate it with flour tortilla and nothing else. — Chef #783895 Dec 5, 2008
