Easy Marinated Tomato Salad

Posted by MarthaStewartWanabe

Nice quick and easy salad, would have been even better if it were tomato season. Still have some basil growing inside, so it almost seemed like a summer salad. — morgainegeiser Nov 20, 2009

Made this in my crock pot and it was wonderful, the smell all day drove me "batty" and it had a great flavor when it was down. DH loved the dumplings. — morgainegeiser Nov 20, 2009

Burger Vegetable Soup(Crock Pot)

Posted by SB6

Quick, simple and a great meal for a weekday, when you want to get something ready for evening, but don't have a lot of prep time or time to cook later in the day. Great flavor! — morgainegeiser Nov 17, 2009

Glazed Ham

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Bill From New Mexico

This was a nice way to "dress" up a ham. I liked the addition of the mustard. Only thing I would change next time is cut back a little on the brown sugar to a 1/2 cup, it was a little too sweet for my taste. — morgainegeiser Nov 9, 2009

Bibianne's Macaroni N Beef

Posted by Dreamer in Ontario

This was super simple to prepare and provides one of those meals that reminds you of mom. I felt it could have had a little more tomatoes, next time might add more or cut back on the amount of pasta. — morgainegeiser Oct 28, 2009

Caribbean Grilled Burger With Pineapple Sauce

Posted by alligirl

Yum! Yum! Very good burger - it was a nice "hot" change from the usual burger. The mango and pineapple were a great additional. A little messy, but well worth the taste. — morgainegeiser Oct 11, 2009

Baked Butternut and Pears

Posted by JustJanS

I love squash and this was a nice way to prepare it. I tried three grocery stores for dried pears and none has them, so I used fresh pears and it worked pretty good. We enjoyed the mix of flavors. — morgainegeiser Oct 11, 2009

Quick, easy and delicous. I did have to use canned pineapple as they did not have any fresh at the store, but we still enjoyed it, plus enough for lunch tomorrow. — morgainegeiser Oct 7, 2009

Tomato Salad - Domates Salatasi

Posted by Chef floWer

This was a nice cucumber and tomato salad. Used parsley and mint from my herb garden. Very fresh and refreshing salad. I do think next time I might add a little feta cheese, such feel that it would make it an even better salad. — morgainegeiser Oct 5, 2009

This was a very easy and yummy soup. I did use the ketchup and I felt it gave it added flavor. I also had some herbs as I felt it was a little bland without it. Nice for a cold, rainy evening. — morgainegeiser Sep 28, 2009
