Kung Pao Chicken

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by PanNan

My husband and I really didn't care for this chicken. It was dry and we didn't like the peanuts in it. I think it would have been better if we had left out the nuts. — SweetT Oct 23, 2009

Southwestern Stuffed Bell Peppers

Posted by CountryLady

Very Tasty. Next time I will add some salt to the meat and rice mixture. I had to "nuke" them in the microwave because they were still a tad pink in the middle. Maybe next time I will just chop everything up and put it in a casserole dish. — SweetT Jun 9, 2009

Just what I was looking for! I did change it a bit though. Instead of heavy cream I used whipping cream. I took out the carrots and added sweet corn for a crab and corn bisque. Thanks for the recipe! — SweetT Dec 7, 2008
