This was easy to make and tasted delicious! I skipped the thyme and used fresh minced garlic instead of powder. Also, instead of chicken broth I substituted vegetable broth mix (from Penzey's). You can't go wrong with this recipe. — curiousngeorge Jun 18, 2009
